RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason, by giving us notice of cancellation at any time within 3 working days from the date of you receiving your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail your cancellation to us at pureceylontea@googlemail.com

You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
