Most
of the CEYLON green teas our characteristic and
darker in colour, this is reflected in the flavour of the CEYLON
green tea. Ceylon green tea generally has the fuller body and the
more pungent, rather malty and nutty flavour. CEYLON green leaf
is tending to be darker in both dry and infuse leaf, and rich in
flavour.
Green
tea is made solely with the leaf that has undergone minimal
oxidation during processing. Some evident suggesting regular green
tea drinkers may have lower chance of hart disease and developing
certain types of cancer. |
